The condition of the product and packaging regarding returns


The Customer is liable for any deterioration in the value of a product due to the handling of the product other than what is necessary to determine the nature, characteristics and way of use of the product.


If the packaging is missing or damaged, it may constitute a loss of value for which the Customer is liable.


Furthermore, the Customer should ensure that the product is properly wrapped when it is returned. The Customer carries the risk of the package(s) until the Company receives them. Therefore, save mail receipt as well as any track and trace number.
